By creating an account or using SalesDynamo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

SalesDynamo provides a workspace with AI agents that help you find prospects, send outreach, answer replies, book meetings, track deals, and manage invoices and expenses. Features may change over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.

You keep ownership of the products, prices, leads, messages and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content only to operate and improve the Service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload and use any contact data you provide.

You are solely responsible for the messages sent from your workspace, including those written or sent by the AI. You must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy laws such as the GDPR, ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM and CASL, and the rules of messaging platforms (for example WhatsApp and Telegram).

You must not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate others, or to process data you have no lawful basis to use. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

The AI agents in SalesDynamo are powered by third-party AI models that SalesDynamo does not own or control. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or behave in unexpected ways. SalesDynamo makes no promise about the accuracy, legality or suitability of anything the AI writes, says, sends, quotes, promises or books.

You configure the AI, choose its send mode (automatic, approval or drafts only), and decide what data it uses. Every message, offer, price, commitment or statement made by the AI in your workspace is made on your behalf and is legally your own. You are solely responsible for reviewing and supervising the AI and for all results of its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesDynamo, its owners, employees and partners are not responsible or liable for the behaviour or output of any AI model, or for any loss, damage, dispute, claim, fine or lawsuit arising from it — including lost deals, wrong quotes, spam or privacy complaints, defamation, or breach of contract with your customers.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SalesDynamo, its owners, employees and partners from any claim, lawsuit, demand, fine, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party or authority that arises from your use of the Service, Your Content, the messages sent from your workspace (including AI-generated messages), or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing page and limit how many AI messages are sent per day. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice.

Some features rely on third parties (such as email delivery, WhatsApp or Telegram). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesDynamo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
