• Lead data you upload or receive: names, companies, emails, phone numbers, Telegram chats and message history.
• Website chat: details and conversations visitors share with our chat assistant.
• Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information.

To provide and secure the Service, run the AI agents you configure, send and receive messages on your behalf, send account and notification emails, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal data.

For lead and customer data you process through SalesDynamo, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your leads and for honouring their opt-out and data requests.

Content needed to generate messages and replies is sent to AI model providers solely to produce output for you. We do not permit them to use your data to train public models where such controls are available.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery, AI models, messaging platforms), when required by law, or in a business transfer.

We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after closure, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
